We are headquartered in Brunswick, Georgia and serve Glynn and surrounding counties. Our office is located inside Southeast Georgia Health System. Alzheimer’s of Glynn/Brunswick provides the following services to Glynn and surrounding counties: · Support Groups · Free Information and Referrals · Lending Library · 24-hour telephone support · Individual Counseling · Quarterly Newsletter · In-service training for medical, health, police, nursing home and home care professionals · Respite Program |
