Alzheimer’s of Glynn/Brunswick, Inc. was founded in 1994 with the mission to support victims of Alzheimer’s Disease and related disorders and their families; and to educate the public about the disease. We are headquartered in Brunswick, Georgia and serve Glynn and surrounding counties. Our office is located inside Southeast Georgia Health System. Alzheimer’s of Glynn/Brunswick provides the following services to Glynn and surrounding counties: · Support Groups · Free Information and Referrals · Lending Library · 24-hour telephone support · Individual Counseling · Quarterly Newsletter · In-service training for medical, health, police, nursing home and home care professionals · Respite Program |

HOCG partners with local agencies within Glynn and McIntosh Counties to offer a wide variety of flexible, inspiring volunteer opportunities for individuals, families, businesses, and community groups. Volunteers can sign up for projects, agencies can manage volunteers, and corporations can learn how to manage their volunteer events through the site. |
